\nRedfin brokerage named Mount Pleasant the fifth-hottest neighborhood in the United States at the beginning of 2016, with a median home price of $760,000.
\nNow five new condos in two adjacent buildings are pushing up prices in the neighborhood, listing for as much as $1.295 million.
\nDeveloper Matt Shkor at Potomac Construction and architect Michael Beidler <\/strong>of Trout Design <\/strong>renovated and remodeled a dilapidated single-family house at 1867 Park Rd. NW, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, into a three-unit condo. They built a two-unit condo building on an adjacent lot, at 1865 Park Rd. NW.
