This modest 1 bedroom pied-e-tar in the heart of bustling Dupont Circle in Washington, DC was redone on a very tight budget and schedule for the client. We had 4 weeks to work and a very challenging budget but added enormous value and openness to what was a simple and dark litle place. New maple cabinets with granite counter, lots of mirror, new lighting, bold color and open circulation create a warm and inviting space for busy weekday living and entertaining.
